Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle prospects

  • Showcase Corporate Presentation

  • Understand client requirements/needs

  • Answer queries related to services/pricing/approach

  • Collaborate with Delivery team on estimates

  • Prepare & Showcase proposal

  • Negotiate with prospect on pricing/scope

  • Diligently follow-up with prospects

  • Find new prospects without the help of inside sales (cold calling, emails, conferences)

  • Understands the criticality attached to meeting quarterly numbers

Required Profile:

  • 5-10 years of work experience.

  • 3-5 of experience in selling software solutions and IT professional services to mid-tier companies

  • Willing to take up new sales target of USD 1 million

  • Background in Information Technology preferred

  • Should have a good hold of software development lifecycle

  • Ability to quickly ramp on new technology related service lines

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
