You can view applications in your dashboard:

1. Log in to your Employer Account.
2. Click “Manage” > "Candidate".
   
3. On Left pane, you can see Filters which is basically status of the application.
4. Choose any Filter to see applications in that status.

Additionally, you can also search a candidate by name Or, filter aplications by Job and Applied date. All these filters are availble on top of the page.
