You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals who do not meet this requirement are prohibited from using the Site.
Remotejob.io serves as an online platform for employers to post job listings and for jobseekers to discover and apply for remote work opportunities. Remotejob.io does not employ, endorse, or act as an agent for any employer or jobseeker. All interactions, applications, hiring decisions, or employment agreements occur solely between the parties involved. You acknowledge that Remotejob.io is not responsible for the outcome of any job application, hiring decision, or employment engagement.
When you post or submit content to the Site, including job listings, resumes, profiles, or messages (collectively, "Your Content"), you represent and warrant that:
1.You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post Your Content.
2. Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
3.Your Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory material.

RemoteJob.io offers job postings to employers in two models: Fixed-fee and Usage based. If you choose to enhance your posting, optional add-ons are available.
Once a job listing is published, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. In the event you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us at hello@remotejob.io within 24hours of the charge for review.
Employers and jobseekers are independent parties. Remotejob.io does not guarantee employment, responses, or outcomes resulting from the use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remotejob.io is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from interactions, employment agreements, or content posted by users. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on the Site, other than Your Content, is owned by Remotejob.io or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. Remotejob.io does not control or endorse these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or security. You assume all risk associated with your use of such third-party sites.

The User should agree to indemnify and hold Remotejob.io, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, agents, service providers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of content submitted by the user, users use of the service, violation of the terms of service, breach by the user of any of the representations and warranties herein, or user's violation of any rights of another.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Remotejob.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
