Yes. You can organize candidates into filters such as:

• Screening
• Shortlisted
• Hired
• Rejected
  
  Basically, these are statuses of candidates. These filters will make it easier to track and manage candidates from all your jobs.

Steps:

1. Click on "Manage" > "Candidates".
2. For the candidate of interest, click on "Actions" button far right.
3. From the list, choose an action and candidate will be moved to that status

You can also search and use filters to segregate candidates by their name and date respectively.
