Manage the entire sales cycle from finding potential clients to securing a deal.
Communicate new announcements, changes, or policies to brokers on a regular basis.
Effectively explain and communicate programs and products to brokers.
Act as liaison between brokers and internal loan operations staff.
Possess an existing or demonstrate the ability to develop a book of business or an extensive network of contacts that are real estate investors, mortgage brokers, or referral partners in your local market or nationwide

Requirements
Must have at least 2-5 year’s current Account Executive sales experience.
Must know encompass!
Salesforce is a plus!
NMLS license is a plus!
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Good closing skills, “Ask for the business”!
Demonstrate successful sales experience.
Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations and laws.
Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and service-oriented attitude.
