Build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic trading teams and in-house client teams, aligning platform capabilities with client objectives
Own account management for programmatic-only advertisers, ensuring campaign success and revenue growth
Achieve and exceed programmatic revenue targets through strategic planning and execution
Respond to RFPs in collaboration with the agency partnership team across the holding companies
Create Deal IDs and facilitate audience segment push to advertiser platforms
Lead onboarding sessions, deliver training, and develop support plans to drive platform adoption
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations in partnership with DSP providers
Provide weekly performance reports both internally and externally to stakeholders
Partner with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and support beta feature rollouts
Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing the overall client experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising sales or digital media consulting
Proven track record working directly with clients and agency account teams in strategic or technical capacities
Deep understanding of demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad tech, and campaign optimization strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
