Lead day-to-day activity for several technology clients, helping turn strategic plans into powerful earned media results. Manage PR campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones, keeping projects on track and teams aligned. Pitch, write, and deliver — creating materials from press releases to media audits and compelling story angles that make journalists take notice. Cultivate and grow relationships with top-tier reporters, editors, analysts, and influencers across consumer, B2B, and lifestyle tech. Identify speaking and awards opportunities that raise client visibility and leadership. Contribute to strategic planning, owning sections of plans and helping to shape campaign direction. Manage and staff media events, product demos, and client activations. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior teammates, helping them build confidence and skill. Use AI tools to work smarter — from media list building and content ideation to data analysis and draft refinement. Partner closely with senior leads to adapt to evolving client needs, track progress against KPIs, and consistently raise the bar for client service. Requirements

5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally within an agency or technology environment.
A passion for technology — both consumer and B2B — and curiosity about what’s next.
Strong media relations experience and a sharp understanding of the tech media landscape.
A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs, connect dots, and bring fresh ideas forward.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for crafting clear, compelling narratives.
Confidence participating in client meetings and beginning to offer light counsel with senior support.
A working knowledge of AI tools and an ability to use them to boost efficiency, spark creativity, and strengthen your work.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments — able to stay calm, flexible, and solution-oriented.
Familiarity with media and analytics tools such as Muck Rack, Cision, Critical Mention, or Meltwater.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Zoom and Teams.
