· Day-to-day management of 3+ accounts
· Working with internal teams to manage all Client deliverables from strategy to media delivery
· Proactively nurture Client relationships on a daily basis
· Manage partner relationships on accounts (media, PR, etc.) where applicable
· Develop compelling, strategically-led creative briefs or kickoff materials
· Train, develop and mentor team members: provide guidance, direction and training as needed (e.g., review status reports, strategies, traffic instructions, creative rotations, etc.)
· Become a category expert – share information with internal team and Client as necessary
· Work with team members to track competitive and industry activity on an ongoing basis
· Draft scopes of work and fee estimates for both retained clients and project work as needed
· Maintain production budgets
· Keep client marketing assets named, filed, categorized and organized
Requirements
· 6-8 years of Agency experience
· Financial Services category experience is a plus
· Integrated marketing experience spanning traditional and digital channels
· Proven business and advertising acumen
· Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with internal and external teams
· Strong oral, written and presentation skills
