Requirements
Deep understanding of the running community and a genuine enthusiasm for adidas and the sport.
Strong attention to detail, extremely reliable and capable of troubleshooting to bring things to life.
Past relevant, sports & lifestyle brand, event and community activation experience (minimum 5 -8 years).
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, engage and communicate with audiences.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners on both the brand and agency teams.
A team-player mentality, motivated to seek out opportunities to collaborate with the running community.
Self-sufficient and highly motivated, with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand, track and be accountable to agency and adidas goals and objectives.

Compensation is derived from sound market data, and is reviewed yearly to ensure fair, competitive wages are maintained. Compensation may be discussed with final candidates and determined based upon the market.
