Create dashboards and perform data quality checks, partnering with business lines to ensure the highest quality data is available in the solution Perform daily, monthly and quarterly data quality processes, analyzing data and working with the business lines to ensure data accuracy Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets (internal and external data sources) Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate, define, and implement new process improvement opportunities Ensure the quality of ad hoc requests, dashboards, and reporting via extensive testing and checks with existing reporting and/or SMEs Developing expertise in creating data visualizations and data storytelling Assist with presenting findings and overviews of data analysis as needed Perform additional duties as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years’ of data analysis experience, use of SQL and Tableau preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated experience working with internal clients to understand their goals and document requirements
Excellent critical thinking skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Ability to work across various business lines and support groups in obtaining, analyzing data and establishing actionable programs with measurable results
