Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Proven experience in building large distributed systems
Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable and fault-tolerant APIs
Experience mentoring and upskilling junior engineers
Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and high-quality code standards
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Docker, Kafka, and Snowflake (preferred)
Experience in financial services or payment processing domains (preferred)
Crypto-forward experience, including interacting with blockchain onchain activities like Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps (preferred)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, and familiarity with gRPC
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
