• Identify and generate new business opportunities across the US IT market
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop and maintain relationships with mid-size to large enterprise clients
• Conduct client meetings, virtual presentations, and networking events (US hours)
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and recruitment teams
• Maintain and update CRM pipeline and client interactions
• Perform market research to identify trends, target industries, and expansion opportunities
• Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (IT services, consulting, or staffing preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the US market
• Strong understanding of IT technologies such as SAP, Cloud, AI, and Application Development (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities
• Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in US time zones
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
