Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO, you will be the right hand driving strategy, operational cadence, and special projects during a high-growth phase. You’ll translate big ideas into action, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure the company hits ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO to align priorities across the organization
Support go-to-market initiatives, events, and speaking engagements
Manage internal communications, executive meetings, and company updates
Lead quarterly/annual planning (OKRs, budgets) and track progress
Prepare board materials, investor updates, and performance dashboards
Qualifications
3–5 years in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company (MBA preferred)
Ability to move from big-picture strategy to hands-on execution
Excellent written/verbal communication and executive presence
Exceptional attention to detail and polished business writing
Collaborative, low-ego approach; able to influence senior leaders
Interest in fintech, fraud prevention, or compliance software is a plus
Compensation
Base salary $150K–$200K. Total comp (bonuses + equity) typically $200K–$450K, depending on experience and company stage.
