Our client in the mortgage lending industry located in Herndon, VA (Hybrid) is seeking a Chief Operating Officer. This position will oversee mortgage operations including underwriting, risk & loan servicing. It will also be responsible for organizational development and performance management. Additional duties include management of operational compliance, management of operational budgets, headcount planning, KPI development and implementation of technology solutions.
MUST have mortgage industry operations experience & managed a group of professionals.
