Manage and grow our communities on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X through engagement campaigns, chat moderation, and live events
Collaborate with KOLs and micro-influencers—briefing, coordinating posts, and tracking performance
Plan and launch social campaigns tied to recruitment (e.g., “Join the Hottest DeFi Teams,” “Web3 Job of the Week”)
Analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, sentiment) using native analytics and tools like TweetHunter or Hootsuite
Stay updated on crypto trends, memes, market sentiment, and breaking news to react in real time
Work closely with the recruitment team to turn job openings into compelling social content
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in crypto/Web3 or other high-engagement niches
A proven track record of creating viral content (threads with 10k+ impressions, widely shared memes)
Deep understanding of crypto culture—familiar with DeFi, NFTs, memecoins, Layer 2, token launches, and current trends
Hands-on experience with Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram (active user preferred)
Excellent English writing skills—your threads and captions drive likes and shares
Proactive, fast-moving, meme-literate, and energized by the fast pace of crypto social media
