Title: Customer Support Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This person will be Conducting interviews for underwriting, taking in bound calls , outbound calls for schedule interviews with client . Responsible for reviewing the initial intake of underwriting cases that come into the queue. They receive the medical questionnaire and authorization from, so the rep will be responsible for reviewing and making sure everything is answered in the questionnaire and the paperwork is in good order to move to the next steps . Once they qualify for the interview then will have to make outbound calls to review the question and move it on to the sales team
SKILLS NEEDED
Need someone who has Call center back round
Someone who has underwriting and annuity experience is helpful
Comfortable being on phone and doing calls
Experience Conducting interviews
Should have experience with Salesforce and Job router (initial portal)
Experience with Outlook , Word and 59 (software they use initially)
SharePoint experience will be nice
