Perform high-volume data entry to update consumer billing records accurately
Identify and resolve billing errors by collaborating with vendors and internal teams
Update consumer records with authorization approvals and service details
Work with vendor agencies to resolve billing and authorization issues promptly
Post consumer payments, including checks and copays, to the billing system
Provide administrative support such as mailing invoices and generating monthly reports
Maintain organized and up-to-date billing documentation
Assist in resolving consumer billing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in accounting, billing, or data entry
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Waltham office
Ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently
