Support SEO and site optimization efforts using tools like Conductor, reviewing performance and applying best practices.
Use Google Analytics to monitor and report on digital activity, helping the team make data-driven decisions.
Partner with Communications and Business Development teams to amplify firm news and execute targeted digital campaigns.
Update website pages and attorney profiles using CMS tools; assist with content accuracy, formatting, and publishing.
Troubleshoot digital platforms during evening hours to ensure smooth delivery and functionality.
Review outgoing materials for consistency, accuracy, tone, and adherence to internal standards.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a law firm, financial services, or similarly demanding environment.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability; exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with email marketing systems (e.g., Vuture, HubSpot, Mailchimp), web CMS (e.g., Crownpeak), and CRM tools such as DealCloud.
Familiarity with analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
Able to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with global teams.
Bachelor’s degree required.
