About Job
Develop detailed knowledge of Event Plus platform functionality and configurations across all client marketing products
Quality assurance and testing of all new Event Plus release items across all products and dissemination of new / enhanced feature updates to relevant internal teams
Create and distribute Event Plus communications across IB; and virtual meeting platforms updates (OpenExchange; Zoom) to IB Marketing and GM Corporate Access
Create and direct training for, and provide ongoing technical guidance to, IB Marketing and internal partners
Support event set-up by all IB Event Plus event coordinators and conference set up by IB Marketing
Document management – user guides, marketing and digital platform disclaimers
Track process enhancement and maintenance requests with EM Tech team
Create platform adoption and usage reports across Event Plus modules to track against objectives and update stakeholders
Ensure integrity of data across all event projects, working with users to monitor data quality and reporting
Business management of virtual meeting platform accounts for IB Marketing (OpenExchange; Zoom)
Requirements
Ideally 5+ years experience in the financial industry in event marketing/management, corporate access, and/or data reporting with an understanding of events data
Experience in project management
Ability to multitask, managing multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
Good verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable and confident learning new technologies
