Requirements
6–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise-level partner strategy (brand, institutional, or media focus).
Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs that deliver measurable business impact.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience structuring complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
Exceptional strategic thinking and relationship management abilities, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Analytical proficiency to assess partnership performance and inform data-driven decisions.
Experience in enterprise marketing or brand strategy preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

The base pay range for this role is $120,800 - $201,300. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
