Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related marketing, communications, and/or public relations fields required
Master’s Degree in related marketing, communications, and/or public relations fields preferred
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within a nonprofit, foundation, or sports-related organization
Proven success in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth
Demonstrated experience managing a team and budget in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate mission and impact into compelling narratives
Experience managing media relations, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns
Experience in philanthropic or fundraising marketing preferred
Passion for sport, community development, and advancing access to play
