Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new web features and products
Enhance existing features by working closely with designers, product managers, and backend/mobile engineers
Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web pages and components
Participate in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving operational issues to ensure system stability
Contribute to infrastructure projects aimed at improving system health and performance
Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and candidate evaluation
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices within the team

Requirements
2-6 years of experience in a web-focused engineering role
Deep understanding of JavaScript, including ES5+ standards, native DOM APIs
Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Proficiency in building responsive pages with custom CSS for various screen sizes
Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar server-side frameworks (Express, Django) is a plus
Knowledge of web performance optimization and page speed best practices
Experience with test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong collaborative and communication skills with a passion for impactful projects
