What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll build the core user experience for AI products, dashboards, editors, workflow tools, data views, and customer-facing features that need to be fast, reliable, and easy to use.
You’ll work directly with founders, designers, and other engineers to:
Build polished UIs using React + TypeScript
Create reusable components and simple design systems
Turn unclear product needs into clean user flows
Improve reliability, performance, and frontend architecture
Influence how users interact with new AI-powered features
Ship quickly, gather feedback, and iterate often
This is hands-on, high-impact work where solid judgment and speed really matter.
What These Startups Look For
Strong fundamentals in React and TypeScript
Experience building real product features in production
Ability to simplify complex problems into clean interfaces
Clear communication and good decision-making under pressure
Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous environments
A mindset similar to early or founding engineers
