Lead the design and architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable software solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of talented engineers Develop high-quality, robust code for cloud-based and self-hosted SaaS products, including automated unit tests Contribute to integration, system, and performance testing, including the development of test tools Take ownership of complex technical areas within the product, ensuring timely resolution of issues Lead troubleshooting efforts for customer-reported problems and implement effective solutions Write and maintain automated test cases within testing frameworks to ensure software quality Participate actively in Scrum teams to plan, execute, and deliver software in iterative sprints Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences Mentor junior team members and act as a technical resource within the organization Contribute to the development and refinement of technical strategies and continuous improvement initiatives Engage in other duties as required to support team and project goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of professional experience in software development
Proficiency in SQL, C#, and .NET framework with strong object-oriented design skills
Experience with API-first development, particularly RESTful services
Hands-on experience with UI development using frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js
Expertise in designing multi-threaded and concurrent applications
Proven ability to architect microservices and asynchronous message-oriented systems
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, with Microsoft SQL experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Deep knowledge of agile development methodologies and Scrum practices
Experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing frameworks
Knowledge of warehouse automation and warehouse execution systems is a plus
Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Rust is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
