Key Responsibilities
Designing and leading the architecture of modern, scalable full-stack applications.
Providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
Leading integration of AI-powered features into existing and new applications.
Collaborating with product and business stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business objectives.
Designing, developing, testing, and deploying greenfield full-stack applications.
Driving modernization efforts by migrating and redesigning legacy apps into Flask/Next.js.
Partnering with the data engineering team in modernizing ETL pipelines.
Acting as a technical escalation point for production issues.
Overseeing and improving performance, reliability, and maintainability of core apps.
Qualifications:
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Bringing 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Demonstrating proven experience in leading design and development of production-grade web applications (Flask, React, Next.js).
Showing strong skills in SQL design, performance tuning, and Azure-based services (including AI-powered features).
Demonstrating experience in mentoring and developing engineers.
Bringing experience with Python, Databricks, and cloud-native architectures.
Designing and deploying AI-powered features into business applications.
Engaging stakeholders effectively, particularly in commercial or MedTech environments.
