About the Role
We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer who is passionate about both building and research. In this immersive, hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our engineering leadership and AI team to prototype, launch, and scale the next generation of autonomous persuasion agents with PersuadioAI.
This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in large language model applications, advanced system design, and human-AI interaction—while learning firsthand how a fast-moving AI startup operates. You’ll be at the forefront of applied AI, working with the latest models, driving internal experimentation, and turning cutting-edge concepts into reality.

What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and iterate on fullstack systems powering PersuadioAI’s autonomous agents—from idea to deployment.
• Research and evaluate new strategies for agent orchestration, prompting, and model alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize UX and usability for our customers.
• Document findings and share knowledge, helping to refine and elevate our internal best practices.
• Engage in technical discussions, reviews, and brainstorming sessions with our globally connected team.

Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace rapid learning and iteration.
• Passion for research, technical writing, and knowledge-sharing within a team.
• Bonus: Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure.
