Fullstack TypeScript Developer (m/f/d) – Angular + Node.js (95% Remote)

We are a rapidly growing company, specializing in software solutions for body and paint shops, with a nationwide presence. Our software combines the functionality of a traditional dealer management system with intelligent cloud solutions to minimize organizational effort in workshops and maximize their productivity.
Our team is looking for a Fullstack TypeScript Developer (m/f/d) – Angular / Node.js to join us full-time. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain modern web applications, working across both frontend and backend to ensure the quality and stability of our platform.
While the ideal candidate brings solid experience in Angular and Node.js (NestJS), we’re also open to frontend-focused developers who are eager to expand into backend development and grow into a fullstack role.
What will you do?
• Develop new features across the full stack using Angular and Node.js
• Work closely with designers and stakeholders to implement user-friendly, scalable solutions
• Write clean, modular, testable code (unit & e2e tests)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to high-quality engineering standards
• Collaborate with a remote team and occasionally attend in-person meetings in Berlin
• Actively contribute to process and product improvements
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• The ability to communicate verbally in German; strong comprehension and writing skills are more important (at least B1/B2 level)
• At least 3 years of experience in fullstack development with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs
• Familiar with testing tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jest, Cypress)
• A team player who takes ownership and brings ideas to the table
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, or Kubernetes
• Understanding of security tools and practices for securing web applications
