The Group Account Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day client/agency relationship with a focus on partnering with medical and creative leads to provide proactive strategic management and drive account growth and demonstrate fiscal responsibility.
Provides mentorship and coaching for Account direct reports and creates and implements plans for their professional skill development.
Local (tri-state) client engagement travel as needed/required
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or consumer advertising
Experience managing direct reports
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree in business or science preferred
Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies preferred

The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB.
