Coldwell Banker Island Vacations is a premier Vacation Rental Management company looking for a Guest Relations Representative to help service our vacation rental properties. Duties to include:
Pre arrival checks for each home
Contacting with the guest before, during and after the stay
Anticipating needs and wants of the guests PRIOR to arrival by reviewing reservation requests are engaging with guest before arrival
Resolving issues such as maintenance, housekeeping, disturbances, etc.
Rotating with other team members to take home the after-hours phone and respond to after hour emergencies.
Other duties, as assigned
Our Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and writing skills
Computer and email skills are essential
Understanding of local culture, activities and history is a plus
Requirements:
Must drive between Kailua Kona and Resort areas up to Mauna Kea therefore applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be comfortable driving significant distances
Hospitality or related customer service experience preferred
Must be available to work weekends and holiday
