Define and own product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value across multiple customer segments and channels Develop and execute a data-driven product marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major updates in close partnership with product, sales, and customer success Build and deliver sales enablement materials, including messaging frameworks, presentations, collateral, and training programs Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure impact and continuously optimize product marketing efforts Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and differentiation opportunities Partner cross-functionally to drive product adoption, gather customer insights, and refine messaging over time Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team Represent the organization externally at industry events as a product marketing thought leader

Requirements

10 or more years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong experience marketing to healthcare organizations such as health plans or providers
Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for complex B2B products
Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders
Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight generation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
High level of professionalism, adaptability, and cultural awareness
Proficiency with common productivity and presentation tools
