5+ years B2B SaaS/services sales (bonus: L&D, consulting, future-of-work, education).
You've taken a product from early revenue to a repeatable motion.
Strong discovery/storytelling; value-selling around outcomes, not features.
Builder mindset: comfortable testing copy, sequences, and offers—and owning results.

Perks and Benefits
We're open to all compensation structures and will co-design the package with you. Our preference is non-cash, upside-aligned models (commission, revenue share, profit share, equity). Equity: initial grant with milestone-based top-ups (standard 4-yr vest/1-yr cliff or milestone vesting). Revenue/Profit Share: company- or segment-level participation (not just "what you close"). Commission: tiered, with accelerators on expansion. Cash: modest ramp stipend or short part-time ramp as we move to full-time.
