Requirements
5–10 years of progressive Finance & Sell Side Transaction experience, ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
Worked at or with PE Portfolio companies.
Advanced financial modeling and analysis.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives, Board members, and investors.
