Together we will:

Negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service contracts, partnership agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies;
Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, with a focus on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region;
Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities;
Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions;
Supporting a diverse portfolio of companies specializing in software development, AI and AR technologies, internet media, SaaS solutions, art, and blockchain;
Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks.

What you will need:

Master's degree in law;
3+ years of professional experience;
Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+);
Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements;
Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills;
Ability to be goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to work hard;
Desire to grow and scale the company.

Would be a HUGE plus:

Experience in tax planning;
Good sense of humor 🙂
