Lead Frontend Development across the core application, including margin dashboards, complex strategy composition tools ("Recipes"), restaking flows, and advanced DeFi integrations
Design, implement, and maintain a scalable frontend architecture using modern frameworks (React/TypeScript)
Own Solana Integrations: Develop robust transaction flows, real-time on-chain data visualization, and deep wallet adapter integration
Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to define and deliver core features that meet roadmap milestones
Establish Best Practices for code quality, testing, deployment (CI/CD), and performance optimization
Build and Mentor: Help scale the frontend team, review code, and foster engineering excellence as the company grows
Optimize UX: Create responsive, high-performance interfaces necessary for a real-time trading environment
Requirements
Strong experience building and shipping production frontends using React and TypeScript
Proven Solana Expertise: Direct experience with wallets, web3 libraries, transaction flows, and complex on-chain integrations within the Solana ecosystem
Expertise in Real-time Data: Experience with state management, real-time data visualization, and robust error handling in high-stakes blockchain UIs
Track Record of Leadership: Proven history of leading projects or teams, with direct ownership of architecture and feature delivery from concept to production
Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills in fast-paced startup environments
