Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social, and events
Design assets for emails, website and social media in Canva or Adobe
Support photography sessions
Create marketing assets, such as flyers
Support in-person sampling activations
Social Media & Community Engagement
Manage Farmhouse Delivery’s social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and others as launched)
Schedule content, monitor engagement, respond to comments and questions, and report on social metrics
Support influencer and vendor collaboration
SMS & Email Marketing
Execute SMS campaigns, including formatting, scheduling, and reporting results
Assist in email campaign execution and analysis to support retention and acquisition goals
Reporting & Analytics
Support tracking and reporting of key marketing metrics (Google Analytics, social engagement, campaign performance, customer acquisition sources)
Identify trends and assist in recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
Team Collaboration & Feedback
Provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback or campaign observations
Collaborate closely with the CMO, and other internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Experience executing segments and flows in Klaviyo
Eye for design
Knowledge of how to use Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about marketing and digital growth
Genuine passion for local food and community engagement
