Position Overview: Reporting to the VP of Creative Marketing & Strategy, this role serves as a strategic creative partner and trusted right hand. This position functions as the VP's strategic extension, anticipating needs, providing informed recommendations, and maintaining complete situational awareness across all creative initiatives. The Creative Manager enables the VP to effectively manage their cross-campaign responsibilities while also supporting broader departmental initiatives. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced creative environments. While the responsibilities below provide a framework, the nature of creative work means priorities shift constantly and no two days are alike. The ideal candidate excels in navigating uncertainty, adapting fluidly to changing creative demands without needing rigid structure. This person will provide support across multiple creative campaigns while collaborating with directors from various teams who serve as creative partners supporting the VP on 360 campaigns. Responsibilities: Strategic Creative Partnership Serve as the VP's creative extension, maintaining complete situational awareness of all campaigns and departmental creative initiatives to support the VP's cross-campaign and departmental responsibilities Act as the VP's strategic creative support in reviews, brainstorms, and strategic discussions, contributing informed creative perspective across multiple campaigns Support the VP in keeping all department campaigns moving forward and on track while enabling focus on broader departmental initiatives Anticipate creative needs and prepare materials for the high volume of projects and creative reviews across the VP's portfolio Assist in pulling market trends and competitive landscape information to support creative strategic planning, creating presentations as needed Campaign Support & Creative Development Read scripts and create concise coverage summaries to inform creative strategy and campaign development across multiple campaign portfolios Support creative kick-offs and planning sessions for campaigns, building presentation decks and capturing next steps to drive projects forward Support the VP on creative campaigns, contributing ideas and creative expertise while ensuring smooth execution across multiple campaigns Stay in active contact with the VP as creative priorities, department needs and campaign timelines shift day-to-day, enabling the VP to balance campaign and departmental responsibilities Creative Project Support Support creative projects across 360 campaigns, collaborating with creative teams from concept through delivery Assist in managing creative assets for campaigns including unit photography, visual development art, special shoots, and stock materials Work alongside the VP and supporting directors to facilitate creative approvals from legal, clearance, talent reps, and stakeholders Support creative consistency and brand standards across all campaign materials Campaign Coordination & Creative Workflow Create and track updates and status of all creative projects to keep VP informed of upcoming deadlines (e.g., using Airtable) Build creative presentation materials using Keynote for campaign reviews and stakeholder meetings Coordinate creative kick-offs and planning sessions with stakeholders Assist with project coordination of department-wide projects (e.g., CinemaCon, Comicon, D23) Collaborate with directors supporting VP to ensure campaigns stay on time and on budget throughout the creative process Manages and liaises with all vendors and outside agencies working on creative assets and communicates notes and needs between vendors and Creative Executives Organize and store all creative versions, layouts, and files from vendors and partners for campaigns Process invoices and handle creative budget tracking and payment coordination Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in creative advertising, entertainment marketing or related industry Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced creative environments with shifting campaign priorities Strong creative instincts with ability to contribute meaningfully to campaign strategy and development Exceptional creative judgment and discretion in handling sensitive campaign and talent matters, including high-profile projects and confidential strategic initiatives Experience supporting senior creative leadership while managing creative responsibilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sense of urgency and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment Proficiency with creative workflow tools (Airtable) and presentation software (Keynote) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Strong storytelling and writing skills for script coverage and creative communication Proven track record supporting multiple creative campaigns and projects simultaneously Collaborative approach with ability to work across different creative teams, department and disciplines Strategic creative thinking with hands-on execution capabilities Must be a self-starter, requiring minimal direction and showing resourcefulness Proactive, adaptable, and passionate for creative work Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed due to projects Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Passion for entertainment and creative marketing Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or related field or equivalent years of experience The hiring range for this position in California is $94,200.00 to $126,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. Requirements

5+ years of experience in creative advertising, entertainment marketing or related industry
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced creative environments with shifting campaign priorities
Strong creative instincts with ability to contribute meaningfully to campaign strategy and development
Exceptional creative judgment and discretion in handling sensitive campaign and talent matters, including high-profile projects and confidential strategic initiatives
Experience supporting senior creative leadership while managing creative responsibilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with sense of urgency and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with creative workflow tools (Airtable) and presentation software (Keynote)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong storytelling and writing skills for script coverage and creative communication
Proven track record supporting multiple creative campaigns and projects simultaneously

Perks and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in California is $94,200.00 to $126,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
