Guest-facing marketing & lifecycle campaigns
Own guest email and SMS campaigns across the guest journey (pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay, repeat)
Build campaigns that drive occupancy, repeat bookings, and positive guest experiences
Collaborate with revenue and operations teams to align messaging with pricing, availability, and property readiness
Support seasonal promotions, shoulder-season demand, and targeted guest outreach
Content & brand execution
Set priorities and direction for Host & Home content across platforms
Manage and collaborate with a full-time content producer
Ensure consistent brand voice, quality, and messaging across owner and guest channels
Prioritize Host & Home initiatives over affiliated brands
Digital marketing & performance
Manage and contribute to paid media efforts (PPC, paid social, retargeting)
Guide SEO strategy and content direction
Evaluate campaign performance and adjust spend and focus accordingly
Ensure marketing efforts are tied to revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics
Operations & collaboration
Work closely with Operations to align marketing with onboarding, property readiness, and guest experience
Collaborate with the Revenue team to support demand pacing and promotional strategy
Manage external vendors and agencies as needed
Report clearly on performance, wins, and opportunities for improvement
