Anticipate, understand and effectively apply all feedback from marketing campaign review partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance) to develop compliant marketing collateral.
Partner with marketing execution subject matter experts and enablement teams to align and resolve feedback to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Identify and share best practices and create efficiencies in current marketing processes, in collaboration with fellow marketing operations specialists.
Focus on learning and applying new relevant tools and processes as they are rolled out.
Proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and get things done.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or campaign execution, preferably within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
Digital marketing expertise and understanding of marketing channels and execution processes.
Naturally detail oriented; a passion for delivering high quality, consistently.
Skilled at (and enjoys!) project and process management.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; effective working with multiple stakeholders and keeping things moving.
Ability to liaise with marketing, legal and compliance partners to ensure marketing campaigns meet legal and regulatory standards while delivering against business goals.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage flawlessly to timelines and milestones.
