Report to and partner with the Vice President of Development to support back-office logistics for constituent services and events
Collaborate with internal leadership including Other Vice Presidents and Directors
Serve as the liaison to constituents via email, phone, and in person; answer questions, relay information, and ensure any inquiries successfully are resolved
Manage pre-event registration, oversee onsite event registration, serve as a point of contact for staffing events, and provide onsite event coordination
Update database with current and accurate information on constituent accounts
Set up webinars and prepare internal team for meetings; resolve basic technical issues with virtual meetings and webinars
Create data reports and assist with invoicing
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
Make website updates
Requirements
At least 1-2+ years of related experience
Technically proficient; experience with MS365
Experience updating databases
Experience with high level customer service
