Build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid-market accounts through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up
Identify and develop new sales opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing relationships
Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close
Work with sales leadership to execute our go-to-market strategy and meet revenue goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Keep Salesforce/CRM data accurate and up to date for forecasting and performance tracking
Represent the company at industry events and through partner networks to expand reach and visibility
Requirements
3-6 years of sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions, ideally focused on mid-market customers
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with a global team
A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve complex challenges
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Proven ability to leverage generative AI and LLM technologies to accelerate deal cycles, strengthen messaging and support data-driven decision-making
Prior exposure to application security, software development, or DevOps environments is a plus
