• Provide direct meal supervision in groups or individually and offer meal support via messaging.
• Support meal feedback in consultation with Registered Dietitians.
• Review and update patient menus for quality assurance.
• Conduct individual meal planning sessions.
• Lead one-on-one cooking support sessions and create cooking video content.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reviewing growth charts, preparing supplement insurance letters, coordinating with external care providers, and triaging/responding to messages.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and required training.
• Follow HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience providing nutritional services in a clinical setting or actively pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Experience in an eating disorder program or mental health setting preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to connect with diverse patients with varying diagnoses and acuity.
• Comfortable with remote work, learning new technologies, and being on camera.
• Ability to think critically and work through challenges in a fast-paced environment.
