Own Paid Acquisition Across Platforms Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (primary), Google, and TikTok (as appropriate). Drive efficient customer acquisition with a strong focus on CAC, subscription conversion, and sustainable scale. Manage budgets with a performance-first, ROI-driven mindset. Lead Creative Strategy & Testing Own the paid creative roadmap across static, video, UGC, and landing page formats. Identify winning hooks, angles, and messaging themes through structured testing. Write clear creative briefs and testing hypotheses to guide internal and external creators. Continuously iterate based on performance data — not gut feel. Build & Manage the UGC Engine Own the full UGC pipeline end-to-end: creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, compliance guidance, asset intake, and iteration. Ensure a steady flow of authentic, high-performing creative to prevent ad fatigue. Turn UGC into a reliable system, not a last-minute scramble. Translate Data Into Action Monitor performance daily and spot issues or opportunities early. Run structured tests across creative, audiences, offers, and formats. Turn insights into clear, prioritized next steps the team can act on quickly. Ensure Compliance & Brand Alignment Partner closely with the Brand team to ensure all ads meet FDA/FTC guidelines. Avoid prohibited claims while still producing persuasive, human creative. Maintain Begin Health’s credible, parent-first brand voice across all paid touchpoints. Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with Creative, Email, SEO, and Product teams to align messaging across the funnel. Ensure paid traffic lands in a cohesive, high-converting ecosystem — not disconnected pages.

Requirements

Proven experience managing paid media on Meta and Google (DTC or subscription brands preferred).
Strong creative instincts paired with a disciplined testing mindset.
Experience building or managing UGC pipelines.
Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive categories (health, wellness, kids, or similar is a plus).
High ownership, strong prioritization skills, and comfort working cross-functionally.
Clear communicator who can explain performance simply and decisively.
