About Job

Press Strategy & Execution Build and execute a PR roadmap that drives consistent, high-quality coverage for the company across fashion, consumer goods, lifestyle, culture, women’s health, and business press. Create sharp story angles that cut through the noise and align with the organization’s rebellious, empowered brand voice. Pitch relentlessly—in a way that’s targeted, personal, and relationship-driven—and secure weekly press hits across top-tier national and regional outlets. Seed product to editors, producers, stylists, and relevant media stakeholders; track placements and follow up with absolute rigor. Maintain and expand the company’s media relationships across print, digital, broadcast, and podcast channels. Immersive Bus Tour Press Lead Turn the organization’s double-decker bus into a press magnet—crafting press moments, stunts, angles, and activations that are irresistible to media. Coordinate and host on-bus press previews, walk-throughs, editor appointments, and VIP/news moments. Build press itineraries for each tour stop (local, regional, and national outlets). Ensure the bus experience becomes a story in itself—leveraging its spectacle, movement, and mission-driven impact. Social-First Media & Modern Coverage Secure high-visibility social placements on outlets with strong editorial POV—not influencers, but media brands with reach (e.g., The Cut, POPSUGAR, Refinery29, Complex, Bustle, Vogue social, etc.). Develop ideas for creator-journalists, media formats, and video-first coverage tied to key cultural moments. Identify real-time news hooks and jump on them with fast, sharp angles. Leadership & Collaboration Work directly with the founders and creative team to align messaging, launches, and storylines. Provide a clear PR point of view on brand moments, campaigns, product releases, and partnerships. Roll up your sleeves every day—this is a one-person powerhouse role requiring both vision and execution. Establish basic systems for tracking hits, managing outreach, and measuring press impact.
