Analyze ticketing data and price tickets using statistics and software
Identify emerging trends and patterns within complex data, and act on those trends accordingly
Utilize all resources available to you to develop an analysis and understanding of consumer behavior in relation to ticketing and events
Work closely with other departments to best identify the need for more information and research
Create presentations for management and stakeholders to present data and insights
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Previous experience in data analysis preferred
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office
