Compensation: $200K–$250K Base + 2-3% Equity & Health Benefits

About the Role
We're partnering with a prominent, well-funded startup backed by Naval Ravikant, Alexis Ohanian, and other stellar investors. They’re building the "Spotify for readers"—a game-changing reading app that revolutionizes content discovery by indexing and curating the best writing from across the web. This on-site, Manhattan-based role offers a unique opportunity to architect a high-performance infrastructure and work directly with the founders to shape the future of reading.
The team is currently the two Co-Founders and plans to add a founding engineer to build out a robust data infrastructure, with additional key hires planned in the coming months!

• Lead all aspects of product design and user research to craft a best-in-class reading app
