Develop comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing
Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and coordinate with stakeholders
Validate system functionality against business requirements and user stories
Perform regression testing for system updates and enhancements
Document and track defects through resolution
Conduct accessibility testing to ensure Section 508 compliance
Test system integrations
Support business process analysis and requirements validation
Create test data sets and manage test environments
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing estimates for user stories
Develop automated testing scripts where applicable
Validate performance metrics and system reliability requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
Experience with business analysis and requirements validation
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with Agile testing practices and tools
Proficiency in test case design and execution
Knowledge of federal IT security requirements and testing
Experience with cloud-based application testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
