Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and ensure all recruiting activities are well-documented and compliant with legal standards.
Provide insights and market intelligence to leadership regarding talent trends and competitive compensation packages.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview training, and candidate engagement strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
5+ years of comprehensive, hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
At least 3 years of recruiting experience across multiple functions such as technical roles, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting and hiring candidates globally.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Proactive, resourceful, and self-driven attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership and executives.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Greenhouse, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools and automation is a plus.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a high-growth environment.
