• Own and manage ongoing relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact
• Understand customer goals, cloud strategy, challenges, timelines, budget, and decision-making structure
• Communicate the ongoing value of Usage to senior cloud and finance decision makers
• Drive account expansion, renewals, and upsell opportunities through proactive engagement
• Partner with internal teams (engineering, analytics, operations) to deliver additional value and expertise
• Manage complex account structures across multiple stakeholders and business units
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health
• Partner with AWS, resellers, and consultants to deepen relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Accurately manage account activity, forecasts, and data hygiene in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
• 3+ years of demonstrated success in customer-facing roles such as Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar in B2B SaaS and/or Cloud
• Experience managing and expanding mid-enterprise to enterprise customer accounts
• Proven ability to grow accounts with $50k–$200k+ ACV through renewals and expansion
• Experience in the Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and/or Cloud FinOps ecosystem is critical
• Ability to engage confidently with technical and financial decision makers
• Strong organizational skills with excellent CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
