• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents
• Address customer questions regarding coverages, policy benefits, or make changes to existing policies
• Retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Requirements
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
