• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents
• Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, and policy benefits, and make requested changes
• Retain policyholders by identifying solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Requirements
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Passion for helping others
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
